Dusit International i Thailand lanserte The Beach Club på Lubi Plantation Island i Davao Gulf, Filippinene.
Eid av Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation, The Beach Club på Lubi Plantation Island, administrert av Dusit, markerer den første fasen av et trekantet prosjekt som også vil omfatte to hoteller - dusitD2 Davao og Dusit Thani Residence Davao. Begge disse eiendommene vil være plassert i hjertet av Davao Citys nye sentrale forretningsdistrikt, Lanang, kun 30 minutter med båt fra The Beach Club, og bare 15 minutter med bil fra Davao International Airport.
